Seven kilometers from Banská Bystrica, after passing through the village of Tajov, there is Autokemp Tajov. It lies in a pleasant forested area at the foot of Kremnicke vrchy at an altitude of 675 meters.
Autokemp Tajov offers accommodation in mountain huts in the total capacity of beds 60. Number of beds
in individual chat rooms is from 2 to 9. Cottages are included in the category of tourist (without WC), and camping categories with WC, shower, hot water, and kitchen. Climbing is electric in each category. Stage capacity is 40 seats, 20-25 places and 40 electrical connections available for caravans. Social equipment, especially for men and women, is equipped with a toilet and hot water showers. For our guests is prepared a nice sitting in the bar for 40 people, or in a partially covered terrace for about 50 people, only 300 meters from us are two restaurants where you are glad to welcome. For those who do not give up cooking during the holidays, there is a kitchen with electric cookers. Recently, a space for grill and goulash was also created.
This beautiful part of Central Slovakia is ideal for hiking, biking and agrotourism. Autkemp tajov is the gateway to the ski centers. Viewers can choose from a few ski lifts. In the vicinity there are many tourist and ski resorts:
Králiky, Donovaly, Turecká, Tále, Chopok and Šachtičky. For water-tourists there is
the possibility of flooding the second largest Slovak river Hron.
