The Slanské Vrchy Mountains are located in the eastern part of the Slovak Republic. It starts east of Prešov and stretches south to the Hungarian border. This volcanic mountain range is part of the Carpathian volcanic arch. Deciduous forests predominate here. It cannot compete with the more famous mountains of Slovakia for its attractiveness, but even here you can find fantastic places that are pleasing to the eye of tourists. These sites are about this quiet and relatively little visited mountain range. There are photos and experiences from well-known and little-known localities, but less factual data / you can find them via links to other sites /.
