I greet all athletes and cyclists as well as recreational cyclists. As you know, there are various diseases throughout the world and our country that disrupt our way of life. Because a lot of you have some mixed information, so I decided to write some tips that will help us all to protect ourselves and even play sports. It will be a summary of important tips, where I rely on the knowledge of cycling, nutrition and fitness .. wink

Cycling as a prevention

We all know that aerobic activities (if they are not exaggerated) work best on our immunity. Perhaps the biggest advantage is that as cyclists we are mostly out of larger groups of people, bikers move in the woods, where in addition to more oxygen, you can find peace of mind, which in turn has a positive effect on our body and immunity. Road workers have the same thing, except for the oxygen, which is slightly less on the roads. cheeky


Why is a bike better than a fit?

The answer is simple. Fits are enclosed spaces where viruses hold much longer. This means that carriers of various pathogens can leave a "gift" in the morning. Bike and nutrition

Cycling is nice, but we burn a lot of energy during such an activity, we strain the muscles and so the body gets into a state where it needs to regenerate and is weakened at that moment. This requires strict adherence drinking regime and meals. What about coronavirus?

You probably expected the most from this information. Coronavirus, referred to as COVID-19, is a respiratory disease with an incubation period of 7 to 14 days. Although the incubation period is insidious and the disease manifests itself as a common cold or flu, the consequences can be immense. However, a few facts suggest. The average age of death is around 81 years, where the elderly have already had health problems and the vast majority of them are respiratory (respiratory diseases). In exceptional cases, children or persons aged 20-29 were also infected.

What does it mean ?

Clouds of other people came into contact with the virus carriers and the vast majority of them did not get sick. People who are positive for this virus do not die but overcome the disease, which is positive. Therefore, the best prevention is sports and cycling, papat vitamins and minerals and adhere to the drinking regime. And this applies to both us and our children.

It is possible that we will meet the carriers of the diseases, or we have already met and nothing has happened. Because our body resists. But in order to repel this attack must have "ammunition", where the probability of resistance will increase from 50% to 90% .. Thanks for the info. I didn't know about these vitamins at all. For example, I use sparkling magnesium on the bike and take center vitamins.

So sumaky are just among those shity about which I wrote..vyuzitelnost in this case to 10%. Your body does not even know that it had something .. Center vitamins are relatively cheap, but they contain a lot of replacements, again the usability of scarce..Pac When you strain muscles, they are torn muscular train. and automatically weakens the immune system ... so definitely need to focus on quality + food of course ..;)
