Cottage Farm Arkáda Božanov - holiday accommodation Broumovsko
Year-round accommodation in a newly renovated farmhouse of the Broumov type. Ideal for groups of around 15 people, maximum capacity is 35 people. Three separate apartments, three kitchens with equipment, three bathrooms + WC, 6 bedrooms, the floor area of the rooms is 350 m2. The cottage can be rented year-round as a whole for one group or as separate apartments. We also offer accommodation in a cabin, a caravan or under a tent in the campsite below the farm, where there is also a small snack. Accommodation in a Broumov-type farmhouse mainly for groups, but also for individuals. The cottage offers 2 swimming pools.
Accommodation on farm
The whole building can be rented from 3.000 CZK / day, we also accommodate separately in apartments.
Lower apartment - 2 bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom
There is a double bed in the pantry. The bedroom has 3 single beds and a bunk bed for children and adults. In total, accommodation for 7 people. A wooden baby cot is also available.
Guests have a TV, refrigerator, 2 stoves with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, two large refrigerated display cases, kettle, microwave, kitchen with sink, cutlery, plates and dishes.
Wi-Fi coverage everywhere. In the rooms does not smoke. Smoking is possible on the doorstep.
Upper apartment - room 40m2 + bathroom
Private bathroom with toilet, kitchen, stove with ceramic hob, plates, dishes and cutlery, kettle, double bed, bunk bed for children or adults and a fixed bed. Wooden cot for rent. A total of 5 beds

Country saloon - 90m2
Two interconnected rooms on the 1st floor measuring 6 × 8 m and 5 × 3 m with an equipped kitchen. (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave separate toilets, gentlemen - 1xWC, 2x urinal, 2x sink. Ladies - 1x toilet, 2x sink, 1x bathroom with shower.
From the saloon there is access to small dormitory bedrooms (double bed + single bed) and arrester (room for naughty children and wives - two single beds). In total, the room has accommodation for 5 people on fixed beds + the possibility of 18 extra beds
Separate entrance via an outdoor staircase. The room also serves as a second common room.
The entrance to the lower apartment is a separate entrance from the porch or through the living room. The upper apartment is accessed through the living room and then up the stairs to the first floor. The lower apartment can be separated from the stairs by closing the door in the black corridor.
The country saloon has its own entrance via an outdoor staircase.
Upon arrival, guests are provided with clean sheets, toilet paper, washing and cleaning products and towels.
Use of the common room is free for guests. The bar is unattended, guests make their own beer.

Safety instructions when using the trampoline:
- Use the trampoline at your own risk
- Supervision must always be provided
- no one should be under the trampoline when used (very dangerous-possibility of breaking a ligament)
- Don't jump somersaults
- if children have different weights when playing, a lighter child can fly to the safety net in an uncoordinated manner and be injured
- the entrance to the trampoline must be closed so that the children cannot fall out after the jump
- The trampoline can also be used by adults, but only one person at a time
- take off your shoes before use
- put clips, earrings, watches, mobile phones, jackets with zippers, etc. in the net at the entrance to prevent injury or rupture of the trampoline
- do not jump on the blue pen cover, which is around the perimeter of the trampoline (there may be abrasions on the legs and other injuries)
- Do not hang on to the safety net
- Do not use the trampoline after drinking alcohol
