The recreational facility is focused and equipped to organize and arrange stays of organized groups, which in addition to accommodation and meals offers the possibility to arrange professionally secured leisure activities tailored to the client's needs. Directly in Studená Voda is a newly opened border crossing (pedestrian, cycling) to the Polish Zalew. The two-storey main building was built in 19. century. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and showers with hot and cold water throughout the 24 hours. In 1. On the first floor of the main building there is a large social hall with parquet floors and painted ceiling. There is another common room on this floor, in 2. On the first floor are 2 common rooms, which in exposed terms also serve as rooms. Free rental of sports equipment and leisure aids. Infirmary, wooden log cabin with 2 tables for table tennis, 2 classic fireplaces, storage rooms.

Cottage equipment: beds, pillows, blankets, sleeping bags, wardrobe, table, light; they are not equipped with electrical outlets for safety reasons.
Uaccommodation is also possible in the newer lower building, where there are also bathrooms and showers with hot and cold water for 24 hours. The building has rooms of various sizes from 2 to 12 beds. The rooms are equipped with beds, bedding, wardrobes, tables, chairs, light, electrical outlets and heating.
