We offer accommodation in the African style not only in the Safari Hotel, but also in the Safari camp, which is part of the Dvůr Králové ZOO complex. In addition, you can watch wild African animals day and night from your bungalow, tent or caravan, as is the case in the camps of African national parks. You still have something extra with us. Attractive environment, the atmosphere of a real holiday and experiences that you will be happy to share. During the summer season, the African safari is open to visitors, accessible by visitors' own cars or buses. If someone is interested in a ride with expert commentary, they can use additional services - Safaribus ride or Evening safari.
African safari
You can also use the new Safaribuses of the zoo, which were made for the first time in its history for African safaris. They offer a comfortable, slow ride with the possibility of watching animals. Photographers will certainly appreciate the smooth movement of Safaribus, which allows you to photograph animals like in African nature.
Safaribus rides with expert commentary take place from 9 am to 18 pm. Buses run according to the capacity of visitors.
Evening safari
The Dvůr Králové ZOO is the only one in Europe to offer an evening safari! Darkness and illuminated animals make a perfect impression of true wilderness. In the evening you will get to know how they really live.
For the Evening Safari, it is necessary to buy a special ticket at the box office from 19:30.
