Slope On the Road - A wooden hut on the slopes above the Úpou River offers accommodation in double, triple and quadruple rooms. Ideal for groups of friends. Each room has its own toilet and shower. In winter, parking can be arranged in a private guarded car park. At the Portášky chairlift you can go skiing directly from the guesthouse and return again.

In the oldest part of the cottage guests can find a small pub with a sitting on the old benches and chairs along the original wooden walls, a lively fire in the fireplace stove and a small beer with draft beer.
You can stay in two, triple and quadruple rooms with private facilities. There are also 2 equipped kitchenettes. The cottage is perfect for stays of friends, parties or groups. You can order coffee, alcoholic and soft drinks. In fine weather, it sits on a terrace overlooking the Upa Valley and the picturesque church in the middle.
Bouda Na Pode is located on the hill just 300 meters from the road and the center of Velké Úpy. Just as far as it is the lower station of the cable car and the ski slope Portáška, from which you can go skiing directly to the house in winter. Ski buses provide free skiers at regular intervals to the ski lifts in Pec pod Sněžkou and Janské Lázně.
In summer and in winter you can go through Portášky less traditional, but more interesting way to conquer Sněžka. We also recommend you less well-known places in the area worth visiting.
