The house is located in the southwestern part of the Ore Mountains, two kilometers from the border with Germany. It is suitable for winter and summer holidays, ideal for sports groups (skiing, snowboarding, hiking, cycling, horseback riding), but also for a quiet holiday with walks in the beautiful countryside around Bublava. There are four rooms. Double room with bathroom facilities (shower, toilet, sink). Triple and quadruple room with shared bathroom, shower, toilet and bidet and large attic with four beds, shower, sink and toilet. There is a dining room with bar, radio and TV on the ground floor. The second room is designed as a relaxation room with a pleasant sitting area. Guests can use the equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc.). There is also a toilet. The house includes a large garden with two terraces and a swimming pool. The garden can be used for sports, barbecue and sitting by the fire. Parking spaces are in front of the house in a private parking lot.
