It can be divided into two separate apartments (each with its own entrance), which can accommodate up to 11 people in a larger EDUARD. In case of occupancy by children's visitors and more. Cottage for rent directly on the ski slope in Tanvaldský Špičák
The luxury chalet can be inhabited throughout. On the ground floor there is a central kitchen with a dining room (with the possibility of dining for up to 12 people) and a spacious living room with a TV. An extraordinary playroom with billiards, table tennis, table football and a children's play area will ensure entertainment not only for young visitors. There is also a dressing room and toilet with shower.
There are four bedrooms on the first floor. Two for 2-3 people, one for up to 6 people and one for 1 person. All complemented by an elegant bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 toilets.
In the semi-basement there is a room that serves as a kitchen with dining room and living room, where you can comfortably refresh up to 6 people. This room has an optically separated sleeping area with a double bed. The sofa is a sofa, so it will provide sleeping for two more people if necessary. The bedroom has a bed for two people. In this part there are two bathrooms with shower and two toilets.
There is a separate lockable ski / bike room. There is a washer and dryer.
In summer, the cottage has an outdoor seating area, barbecue, fireplace, sandpit for children.

The larger of the two offered apartments consists of a living room with TV, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition to standard kitchen facilities, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine and kettle. You can use the wine shop with a selection of wines at your discretion. There is also a games room with billiards, table tennis, table football and a children’s corner. Bathroom with toilet and dressing room.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.
There is one extra fridge, located under the stairs, where you can store supplies on the shelves.
We will prepare a high chair or cot on request.
Apartment Viktor
The apartment is located at the bottom of the house. It has an equipped kitchen, a spacious dining table and a living room with a TV, in which there is an optically separated comfortable sleeping for two people. The sofa is a sofa bed, so this apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The bedroom provides a view of the blue piste range. There are two bathrooms and a toilet. There is a washer and dryer.
