Chalupa Ašika - year-round recreation of the Jizera Mountains

Chalupa AŠIKA is a beautiful First Republic villa, built in 1920 in the village of Josefův Důl in the Jizera Mountains, formerly known as Josefsthal, near Jablonec nad Nisou. It is located in a breathtaking part of this village called Dolní Maxov. Villa ASIKA offers accommodation for up to 22 people in two rooms with four beds, one room is for six people and the attic room is for six guests (ideal for six children). Of course there is a bathroom with two toilets and two showers with hot water.

• For evening entertainment, there is a common room connected to the kitchen equipped with an electric stove, hot air and microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and all necessary utensils.
• The bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer and an infrared sauna for two people.
• The villa is heated by a biomass stove (pellets) and electric heaters, which are in each room.
• Around the villa is an amazing plot of land with a total area of ​​more than 1500 m2, full of deciduous and coniferous trees and boulders, which form a fairytale scenery. There are also two wells, a pond and a garden pond on the plot. At the entrance to the building is a large fireplace and terrace where sun loungers are available.
• Parking is provided in a garage for two vehicles, in the parking area for one car right at the entrance and two other places are provided about 50 meters from the building.

Cottage rental includes

•     rental of cottage Asika regardless of the number of accommodated people (maximum number is 24 people) for the required period, including all indoor and outdoor equipment
•     hot and cold water consumption
•     consumption of biomass (pellets) for heating during the stay in the main winter season.
•     bedding, sheets, sheets and towels
•     all cleaning products (toilet, washing machine, dishwasher)
•     consumption of toilet paper, soap and shower gel
•     parking in the garage for 2 cars and another 3 parking spaces around the cottage
•     internet connection (Wifi)

Rental is not included

•     final cleaning of the whole cottage in the amount of CZK 1. This amount is charged before departure by the property manager.
•     actual electricity consumption in the amount of 4, - CZK / kWh. This amount is charged before departure by the property manager.
•     recreational fee (to the village Josefův Důl) in the amount of 20 CZK / adult person / day. This amount is charged before departure by the property manager.
•     fee for a dog in the amount of 100 CZK / weekend or 350 CZK / week
