Trips
Bílý Potok and its surroundings offer endless opportunities for young and old, in the sun, fog, snow, outdoors and indoors, within walking distance and by car and with little devils in a stretcher, bigger devils who have just started walking, or with bigger devils that have already they can handle a longer route
by bike, cross-country ski or on foot.
Hejnice - Ořešník - Velký Štolpich - Frýdlant battlements - Black waterfalls - Hejnice
Leave your car in the free parking lot at the swimming pool in Hejnice. Go along the campsite and right behind the campsite to the right. And still up the red. That's the only slightly higher climb. In summer, you pick mushrooms and blueberries along the way.
Viewpoint Ořešník - or Hejnice in the palm of your hand and in nice weather you will also see Frýdlant Castle.
Follow the red road to Velký Štolpich again. Then continue along the yellow road to the signpost "Nad Černým potokem". Here you go along the Goat Trail along the green in the direction of the Frýdlant battlements - and below it the Black Waterfall (a fairy tale takes place there - this will be the next trip).
From here still down the green and at Liščí chata the yellow.
Less than 14 km long route
- not suitable for very small children !!! It depends on the fitness of the children, but I recommend it from the age of 10 at the earliest.
- snack with you
- who is not afraid can drink from streams during the trip (I also drink and cool)
- on the way you can also bathe under the Black Waterfall is a great pond with refreshing water
Real shoes, you can't put it in sandals / flip flops.
PS: Just before the finish it is possible to eat "Restaurant Dělnický dům" (they also have a playground) or "Refreshments at the swimming pool"
PS.2 .: The map is in the commentary in the group Jizerky with children all year round.
Hup-hop track - Kočičí kameny - Hubertka - Bílopotocká kyselka
Trip for children from those 2-3 years (depending on fitness)
You can leave your car in the parking lot (free of charge) at the post office.
You will follow the sign in the direction of Ferrata / Cat Stones, along the Hup-hop track, around the feeder and up (again, this is not such a crunch - don't worry).
just below the rock it is possible to get on the ferrata and whoever does not want to do so will get around it and climb the steps.
The view is worth it.
A few meters away is the cottage Hubertka, where in season they have homemade cakes.
And then follow the green in the direction of Bartlova bouda (they cook very well and have excellent coffee).
From Bártlovka you go down and at the cross under the chestnut trees to the left you walk a short distance along the main road. And right behind the bridge is a signpost sorrel - it's really very good.
Then you go back along the main road.
- You will meet 2 playgrounds
- 3 Refreshments
- You cross the river a few times, so it is possible to freshen up.
PS With a pram, this trip is only possible the other way around. Ie. Bártlova bouda - Hubertka - Kočičí kameny, BUT not down.
Frýdlant State Castle and Chateau
If you are afraid that the children will be bored, I will mislead you here.
A FAIRYTALE CIRCUIT FOR CHILDREN.
They will not be bored at the Frýdlant chateau.
- Everything is served in a playful and understandable way for children.
- It only takes 45 minutes.
- 7 castle rooms like from a fairy tale and 1 room installed only for children
- So in case of bad weather, the trip is completely clear
