Resort and cottage with apartments - Na mlýně (Beskydy - Accommodation North Moravia). Near the lower end of the village of Kozlovice, on the right bank of the Ondřejnice River, where the river cuts into the tops of Palkovické hůrek and creates a few kilometers of natural canyon, stands a sensitively reconstructed mill with 250 m long drive and a fully functional mill wheel.
The Mill belonged to the four oldest in Kozlovice, which were already registered in the first preserved Xenumen Urbanist Urban. The mill mechanism was driven by one mill wheel on the so-called upper water. In the second half of the twentieth century, however, the mill stopped at the address Kozlovice č.p. 1581 to perform its function and quickly dropped. The buildings collapsed, the mill wheel crumbled, and the drive went off.
Once upon a time Mr. Šmířák lived, and the chronicles wrote that he knew well with Leoš Janáček, who also used to be a frequent guest at "Na mlýně". We are in a place that inspired Janáček in composing the opera "Her Painter".
Today, the mill area serves the general public, cyclists, tourists and locals as a center of knowledge, excellent cuisine and entertainment. The main building is set on the "L" floor plan. Both parts of this building are level. In the shorter timbered you will find a picturesque inn, a small museum of miller artifacts and a main entrance to the accommodation. Accommodation is also possible in stylish outdoor suites.
The second part of the mill is made up of the stylish restaurant "U Mlynářky" with renowned cuisine. The menu offers regional specialties, homemade cuisine is complemented by yeast specials, cooked directly in Kozlovice - Valašský Fojt and Wallachian Voivodeship.
A permanent exhibition of contemporary artifacts from our grandfather's and our grandmother's kitchens is part of the complex. The ingenuity of our ancestors and the charm of the "fuzz", "jewelers", "shrinks", "clowns" and "uncles" are best appreciated during a personal tour. Over the summer, you will find the master blacksmith in the forge. There is also a covered grill with a seating area and a wooden chapel of St. George. Florian, blessed by Ostrava-Opava bishop FV Lobkowicz.
