The pension is designed for lovers of active holidays of all ages. It is located in a quiet part of Karlovice. The guesthouse has a car park, a ski room and a fireplace room for evening seating. There is also a spacious garden, an outdoor sitting area with a fireplace, a garden gazebo and a mountain bike storage room.

We offer weekly or weekend stays in three completely separate 4 - 6 bed apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance. On the ground floor there is a hall with a fireplace, a TV, a sofa bed with two beds and direct access to its own outdoor terrace with a seating area and a garden.
