The cottage is located in the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy Mountains in the picturesque foothill village of Komorní Lhotka. A village with a favorable climate beneficial to the human body. The cottage is built in a quiet part of the village near the river Stonávka with a nice view of the adjacent mountains Godulu, Kyčera and Prašiva. There are well-known hiking and cycling trails that densely interweave the surrounding countryside.

The cottage is partially timbered, which is a room divided into a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living area. A tiled stove is also included. On the ground floor there is also an entrance hall with staircase, bathroom with tub and toilet, storage room and barn.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet.
