Golf Park Pilsen
Golf Park Pilsen was built in 2003 and 2004 on the northeastern outskirts of Pilsen near the village of Dýšina. Its pride is the technically demanding 18-hole championship course, which is tastefully set in the beautiful surrounding nature. Golf Park Plzeň is the home course of Golf Club Plzeň-Dýšina, a full member of the Czech Golf Federation.
Pilsenský Prazdroj Brewery

Lovers of history will be interested in the brewery model from the end of the 19th century, the brewhouse from the 30s or the historic cellars, where Pilsner Urquell beer is still produced using the traditional method of the time of the first brewer.

Kozel Castle
Kozel Castle is the most visited monument in Western Bohemia. The unusual name of the castle will surprise many. For an explanation, just drive a few kilometers south of Pilsen, not far from the village of Šťáhlava.
The castle is surrounded by a large 40-hectare natural landscape park. It is the work of SX France, a versatile personality who, in addition to his profession as a gardener, was also a draftsman, photographer, geometer and archaeologist. The park may resemble Vienna's Schönbrunn in some details, because Franc acquired his expertise there. When visiting the park in June, don't forget to see the tulip-flowered lily, whose flowers resemble tulips.
ZOO Pilsen
The Zoological and Botanical Garden of the City of Pilsen is a zoological and botanical garden in Pilsen, the second oldest zoo in the Czech Republic. Pilsen Zoo is the most visited tourist attraction in the Pilsen Region and the 4th most visited zoo in the Czech Republic. Since 2007, annual attendance regularly exceeds 400 people. It has been operating under this name since 000, when the zoo and bot. the garden merged and became independent from the Park of Culture and Leisure in Pilsen.
dinopark
A unique amusement and educational park in Pilsen suitable for trips with children of all ages. It was created as a combination of an educational trail using the latest technology, including a 3D cinema and children's attractions and game elements. It is located on the outskirts of the Vinice district and is connected to the ZOO Pilsen.
On an area of 3 ha, DinoPark Pilsen presents life-size models (static as well as moving and sound) of prehistoric animals in the environment in which they probably inhabited our planet more than 65 million years ago.
The historical center of Pilsen
In 1989, the historic center of the city was declared a city conservation reserve. The historical core consists primarily of Republic Square with the Gothic church of St. Bartholomew. The temple offers a beautiful view of the entire city from its 102,6 meter high tower.
The statue of the Pilsen Madonna from the 14th century is also an important monument. The square is surrounded by historic houses, among them the Renaissance town hall or the Jewish synagogue.
Pilsen's historical underground

FC Viktoria Plzen
An inconspicuous team with a regional dimension has become a top Czech club with full European potential, whose reputation far exceeds the borders of the city of Pilsen and the Czech Republic. Repeated participation of the Victorians in the Champions League and the Europa League furthered this trend to the maximum. Thanks to matches with big clubs led by AC Milan, FC Barcelona or Bayern Munich, the club from the west of Bohemia suddenly started to be talked about throughout the football world. He earned well-deserved respect among football fans and the professional public.
FC Viktoria Plzeň has become a phenomenon in recent years. The spectacular story of a small club that managed to break into the most prestigious continental competition several times in a row and hold its own against football giants was, and still is, experienced by tens of thousands of residents not only in western Bohemia.
HC Škoda Plzeň
Professional hockey club from Pilsen, founded in 1929. It is among the traditional participants of the highest hockey competition in Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic. Championship in the 2012/2013 season // President's trophy for the winner of the regular part of the extra league in the 2009/2010 season // CSFR vice-champion in the 1991/1992 season // 3rd place in the 1999/2000 and 2011/2012 seasons.
Radyně Castle
Radyně Royal Castle, which was built in the years 1356-1361 during the reign of the Czech King and Emperor of the Roman Empire Charles IV. The castle was named in honor of Emperor Karlskrona. In the Czech environment, the original name Karlskrone did not catch on, so after the death of Charles IV. the castle was called Radyní after the name of the hill and the boulder rock on which it was built. The ruins of the Radyně Castle at a height of 567 m above the duke tower over the surrounding area day and night (illuminated since 2006). It is a typical landmark of the entire Pilsen area.
Haunted Museum
You can find the museum of ghosts on the west side of us. Republic, in the very center of the city of Pilsen. In the basement of the now demolished house, which used to be an inn since the 16th century; now the Central Hotel stands here. The house, like the whole of Pilsen, is interwoven with rumours, fairy tales, mysterious beings and ghosts.
With a smile and exaggeration, we will look into the world of fairy tales and magic forgotten from the times of old Pilsen and its surroundings. The mythical prince Radouš, watermen, witches, Saracen devil, fiery dog, dragons and other shameless vermin belong inherently to our region under Radyní. Come have a good time with us.
Puppet Museum
Go to the Puppet Museum to see Spejbl and Hurvínek, two world-famous puppet characters originally from Pilsen. In the Puppet Museum, you can also see other puppets and puppet theaters that have been active in Pilsen from the middle of the 19th century to the present day. The exhibitions are not just for viewing, you can also play theater yourself with some of the puppets. Complete the experience of puppet Pilsen by visiting one of the many original puppet plays of the Alfa Theatre.
Techmania Science Center

The Techmania Science Center and planetarium is located in the former industrial hall and cafeteria in the area of the Pilsen Škoda factory.
3D Planetarium
Thanks to the most modern 3D technologies, the Pilsen planetarium ranks among the best facilities of its kind in Europe. The same experience of a technically perfect projection can only be offered in Europe by science centers in Barcelona and Warsaw. It will allow the whole family to travel through space faster than light, to see up to 160 thousand stars or to observe the Facebook darkness over China and North Korea through the data of the American NOAH satellite. Thanks to the varied selection of films, you can look at the moon, discover the story of the Earth from its beginning or watch the sky above Pilsen without light smog.
In the planetarium building, don't forget to visit the interactive exhibition Vesmír, where you can use the gyroscope to experience the feeling of overload during a rocket launch or find out that handling a robotic arm is not easy at all. You can try unleashing a tornado, causing a volcanic eruption or launching a rocket without fear.
