Surroundings
  • The campsite is very quiet, so birds singing and watering over the civilization noise are prevalent and are therefore more suitable for people looking for peace.
  • The connection with the surrounding places is also good - 100 m from the camp is a bus stop, which will take you to about 8 km away from Kurim or Tisnov, event. 20 km to Brno.
  • The boat dock is about 150 m from the camp. You can take a boat ride along the Brno Dam, visit the old Veveří Castle, or drive to the other end of the dam and take the tram to the center of Brno.
  • Surroundings attract you for walks - whether it is the valley of the White Stream, the Cross way with a miraculous well, or a walk through the forest around the Brno dam. There are also sights nearby: Cistercian Porta Coeli Monastery, Pernstejn Castle or Veveří and many churches and museums in Brno. For lovers of nature there is a nearby Šmelcovna, mineralogical delicacy Květnice and caves of the Moravian Karst. Many more information will be provided at the reception, where you can buy maps, postcards and tickets for Brno's public transport.
