Our guesthouse is located in a quiet corner of Vysočina, in a place suitable for recreation or sport. Biking trails and hiking trails are nearby. Swimming, boat rentals and pedal boats are possible in the Greek recreation center about a kilometer away.
 

The newly opened Penzoin Maria is located in a quiet part of the pedestrian zone of Světlá nad Sázavou, close to Trčků of Lípa. On the first floor we offer you 2 single rooms and 1 double room, 4 double rooms with the possibility of 2 extra beds. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet. Upstairs there is a shared kitchen with a fridge, cooker and cooking facilities.
