The House, where the World Restaurant is housed, was built at the beginning of the twentieth century and originally served as a Catholic nursery school. After the Second World War there was gradually a nursery school, a public safety service, a school and a total reconstruction and a museum.
The total reconstruction was carried out in 2009. The original exterior appearance of the facade has been restored and since November 2009 the house has served as a restaurant and boarding house. The restaurant features photos, pictures and artifacts from around the world, a bar, a lounge, and an outdoor sitting area. The total capacity of the restaurant is 130 persons, outdoor seating offers other 50 places. Accommodation offers 5 suites with kitchen, bedroom with plasma TV, private bathroom and one room with whirlpool bath.
