Start of stay always after 14.00 on the first day of the reservation - takeover of the cottage. Termination of stay always until 10.00 hour last day of reservation - handover of cottage. As security (bail), he is obliged to pay the applicant the amount of 2.000, - CZK in cash against taking over the keys from the holiday cottage before boarding the holiday home. This deposit will be returned in cash to the buyer when the holiday cottage is taken back by the landlord, in case no damage to property is detected. Further conditions of accommodation are stated in the Binding General Conditions and in the Lease Agreement, which we conclude with the person interested in accommodation with us.
