The price includes: Rental of property (garden + cottage) for a week, fully equipped kitchen, incrustation, cold - hot water, el. energy, gas, above-ground pool Ø 3,6m, enclosed garden, parking in an enclosed garden, wood - free to use - for outdoor grill, fireplace or stove, water - drinking from the order, cleaning. Deposit makes 25% of the total price, the rest on the day of arrival. | |
The price does not include: Local tax - 15, - CZK per adult person / day. Payment on the day of arrival (up to 18 years of age the holiday tax is not paid). Refundable deposit - 2000, - CZK on arrival. At the end of the stay, the deposit will be refunded, the value of any damages can be deducted.
During your stay you will have the whole object, cottage and garden for yourself. The owner lives elsewhere Please, only without pets. |
