The accommodation is especially suitable for families with children and groups of friends who are looking for a place with almost unlimited opportunities for active relaxation offered by the Lipno Lake area. The holiday house is situated in a quiet location of Sunny Hill, in the immediate vicinity of Wellness Hotel Frymburk (approximately 5 min walk), where you can use a wide range of services (massages, wellness treatments, sauna world, aquapark, bowling, squash, salt cave, ... ). Directly in front of the hotel you will find a rental of seasonal sporting goods and in the winter months you will find a ski bus stop that will take you to the famous Austrian ski resort Hochficht (information in the Wellness Hotel Frymburk). Kramolín ski resort (Lipno nad Vltavou) is only 9 km and the modernized ski resort Sternstein is approximately 30 km.
At a distance of about 180 m from the house, you will find a bike path suitable for bicycle trips and in-line skating (Černá v Pošumaví - Frymburk - Lipno nad Vltavou - Přední Výtoň).
After about 15 minutes walk you will reach the beautiful square of Frymburk, where you will find endless refreshments in restaurants, including non-smoking (we recommend Hotel Maxant and pizza & steak house BigPub), a small shopping center, sports and fishing equipment rentals, town hall ...
In the winter season (in frost and when the ice is strong enough), you can also use, for classic skating, the longest ice track in Central Europe, between Frymburk and Lipno nad Vltavou.
