Camp U Šerifa - cottages in the camp of southern Bohemia

Operation of a camp offering accommodation in tents, caravans and cottages. In addition to space for your own equipment, we also offer more comfortable accommodation: 15 bungalows for two to four people and a luxury suite. Located in Protivín, Kempink U Šerifa offers a bar, a shared lounge, a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. Room service and a children’s playground are available. There is a 16-hour front desk, a shared kitchen and a tour desk. The U Šerifa camp and caravan park is perfectly located on an island between the two branches of the Blanice River near the picturesque town of Protivín, also known for its beer production, which has a tradition here since the XNUMXth century and is famous not only in the Czech Republic but also all over the world.

 

  • Some units also have a kitchen, equipped with a microwave, a fridge, and a stovetop. Bed linen is also provided.
  • The guest house has a barbecue. Popular activities in the U Šerifa Campsite include hiking, skiing and cycling.
  • The property is 38 km from České Budějovice and 14 km from Písek.

Surroundings camp

Thanks to the great location of the camp in the heart of South Bohemia, most attractions are within easy reach. You have a unique opportunity to walk through the historic streets and fully immerse yourself in the Gothic and Renaissance atmosphere of cities such as Protivín, Písek or the royal city of České Budějovice.
One of the most visited places is the beautiful lock, which is almost an exact copy of the English Windsor Castle.

For the fans of the theater there is the opportunity to visit the unique revolving theater in Český Krumlov. This city is a paradise for artists and people interested in history. There is also the Kratochvíle Chateau, which for many years served as the summer residence of the Czech kings, hence its name "the place for a while" and the spa town of Třeboň renowned for its fish delicacies and amazing historical sceneries.

Last but not least, here is the beautiful nature of the Šumava National Park.
