The cottage is situated in the countryside of South Bohemia on the banks of the Orlík dam, near the village of Vůsí. Location of the cottage (50m from the water) offers water sports, fishing, swimming, but also to spend a quiet holiday on the shore of the reservoir. Ground-floor basement cottage stands on its own land (300m2) with balcony overlooking the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Vltava River and forest. Entrance to the hallway (hanger, shoe) from which we get to the living room (sofa, fireplace, table, chairs). From the living room you can directly enter the kitchen and two bedrooms (beds). A refrigerator or a cold cellar can be used to store food and drinks. Guests can spend a pleasant evening by the fireplace with a seating area. The building is modestly and simply equipped. Cyclists can store their bikes in the garage. It is also possible to use a fishing boat or a small trip.
