The pension is newly built near the protected nature park "Jistebnická vrchovina" on the outskirts of Hůrka. The guesthouse has 6 double rooms, of which 1 and No. 6 can be added with an extra bed or a cot; 2 - 3 and 4 - 5 are connected by a locking door (suitable for families with children). All rooms have a bathroom with shower and toilet. Rooms 2, 3 and 4 are access to a panoramic terrace with a seating area. The whole pension is barrier-free. The pension does not provide meals. Available for all guests there is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooking plate, kettle, microwave and refrigerator, including other necessary equipment for easy cooking and heating of own meals.
Catering options are in the surroundings eg in Jistebnice, Všechov, and especially in Tábor (12 km). Directly in Hůrce there is occasional sitting in the local HUNAPO facility (Hůrecký napáječný podnik). The pension does not smoke.
Accommodation of pets it is possible, but it is necessary to agree in advance, due to tolerance of other guests and avoid possible collisions between animals.
Wi-Fi is available in the guest house Internet access, a new bicycle storage room is available, including a bicycle wash facility.
For families with children there is a pleasant sitting on the terrace or near the fire, almost no cars drive around, so there is a very quiet environment.
