Wellness cottage Kaštánek Kvilda - recreation in Šumava
The new above-standard equipped year-round mountain chalet is situated at the altitude of 1040 moun in the central part of Šumava in the picturesque village of Kvilda. The cottage is situated on the right bank of the Vltava River, on the way to Borová Lada, with a magnificent view of the Vltava valley. The object has a basic capacity of 8 beds, including extra beds up to 16 beds (together with neighboring cottage Rosnatka we offer capacity up to 30 beds.) The bed capacity is mainly concentrated in two separate two-room apartments and in one separate double room.This is an ideal space for a closed company , for example two close family or a group of friends, the whole object and individual apartments can be rented individually.The minimum is two persons in the apartment.The cottage is equipped with a wellness room which includes the possibility of a private sauna for 6 persons and a private whirlpool for 5 persons.
Rental cottage in Šumava
You can rent the whole building and individual apartments separately, each of the two apartments consists of two rooms and a bathroom. Each room contains 2 beds with extra beds, table and two chairs, LCD TV, stylish wooden wardrobes with storage space. The total capacity of the first apartment is 6 beds (two beds + extra bed in both rooms). The total capacity of the second apartment is 7 beds (3 beds + extra bed in the 1st room, 2 beds + extra bed in the 2nd room). The capacity of the apartment can always be increased by a cot. Furthermore, one bed is located in the living room next to the tiled stove and two beds are located in a separate room with a terrace. This room uses the bathroom in the wellness room.
Apartments are equipped WIFI Internet access, wooden furniture with plenty of storage space, including a towel, bath towel, soap. Each apartment has a separate refrigerator and a sideboard with a set of dishes in the common room.
Each apartment has its own timetable for using the hot tub and sauna in the wellness room. This is included in the price per apartment (90 minutes of use of the relaxation zone every day).
Smoking is forbidden throughout the building. The crate corner with the ashtray is located on the terrace and also at the main entrance.
In the main summer and winter season weekly stays are preferred (usually from Sunday to Sunday or from Saturday to Saturday), in the case of free capacity and during the next season, rent is possible for a shorter period, ie. one day and more (see pricelist).
The cottage is equipped a wellness room that includes a private sauna for 6 persons and a private whirlpool for 5, the room is further equipped with shower, toilet, seating area for 4 persons, LCD TV and a refrigerator with drinks. WiFi internet connection is installed in the building.
Equipment cottage
Two apartments in the attic for 1 - 7 persons, each apartment has two double rooms with an extra bed. Each room includes a TV, stylish wooden furniture with storage space, a coffee table with 2 chairs. The other three beds are outside the apartments-2 beds are in a separate room in the attic (WC and shower on this room is on the ground floor), one bed is in the common room.
