For those of you who are interested in news from the world of caravan campsites, campsites and holiday resorts from Slovakia, we have prepared an interview with a senior representative and representative of the Slovak Association of Camps SACC with Mr. Ing. Duck. If you were planning to visit Slovak Camping this year, we bring you information and an overview of camps worth seeing ..

What are the objectives of the SACC Camping Association?

SACC brings together fans of camping and caravaning. The predecessor of the association was the Slovak camping and caravanig club (SCCC), which led the Slovak moto tourist and caravan clubs for many years. The creation of the first caravan club dates back to 1957. Since 1993, SACC has become a full member of the International Camping Federation and Caravaning FICC based in Brussels. SACC aim is mainly to help professionally our camping grounds, and direct them to develop their activities so that visitors mainly from the ranks of motorcycle tourists and caravan owners were satisfied with their services.

How does SACC contribute to the development of Slovak camps and related services?

The SACC's efforts are to develop camps, make constant progress, and keep up with foreign camps. Stay in the camps no longer on the list of the individual program now has camps offer a comprehensive set of services, from offering tours, visits to local attractions, guide and animation services must be able to offer according to the orientation of peaceful family atmosphere to the sports, entertainment and adrenaline for young and middle aged clientele. Offer also from the gastronomic point of view what the region offers. At present, SACC brings together 37 Slovak camps. We actively focus on their advertising and promotion. Since we are members of the international FICC organization that issues CCI carnets, we try to accept them in all our camps. These camps to the full offer CCI card holders discounts from 5% to 20%.

Are the operators of Slovak camps involved in these activities?

Camp operators and owners have the opportunity to work with our regional clubs to organize meetings and various other events. At the beginning of our cooperation, the members of the clubs agreed with the representatives of the camps on the use of their facilities for meetings and meetings of caravans. Today, there are already many camps that independently organize various events and events to which they invite guests from the ranks of caravans and tourists. Every year, especially during the season, our camps are visited by our selected and trained commissioners, who try to advise and direct the activities of the camps to the satisfaction of their guests after many years of experience. Since 2005 SACC organizes a competition for the best camping sites in terms of facilities, cleanliness and satisfaction of guests, where emphasis is placed on the progression and acceptance comments from our customers kemppvých Commissioners.

It is well known that Czech tourists visit especially camps in northern and western Slovakia. Can you recommend quality camps outside of these recreational areas?

I think that many Czech tourists know our camps and what they offer. The interest is mainly in the characteristic mountainous regions and thermal springs in southern Slovakia. Camping Dunajec, Camping Park, Camping Pullmann, Camping Bystrina, Camping Pullmann, Autokemp Dunajska Streda, Autokemp Rudava, Camping Dubnik, Recreational Center Kurinec, Margita Recreation Center, Camping Dunajec and Ilona a as the first Swallow Stellplatz Čilistov. We can not get involved in East-Slovak camping camps where the level of services is somewhat lagging behind. On our site www.caravaning.sk you will find a brief overview of our campsites as well as all the important information.

Thank you for the interview, Mr. Ducko. On our Kemppy-chaty.cz portal, we will try to extend the database of the campsites you mentioned, so that we can bring Czech and Slovak visitors as much as possible a complete overview of Czech and Slovak campsites. We wish a lot of success in other activities.
