Hello Mr Novotný, we wish to congratulate you in advance because your campsite is holding in our TOP 3 campsite reviews for nearly 3 years, which testify to the qualities of your accommodation. What do you attribute to this success?
Hello Mr. Mišutka, thank you for your congratulations. However, I would mainly like to thank our visitors, thanks to whose ratings we stick to this position. In my opinion, our position in the TOP 3 is related to the fact that running a camp is not just a way of living for me, but mainly a hobby and a "lifestyle". We care very much about the satisfaction of our visitors, which we try to achieve primarily by creating a pleasant, friendly environment and a personal approach to each guest. An equally important factor in customer satisfaction is, of course, the level of the campsite as such, the cleanliness of the entire complex and sanitary facilities, observance of night rest, etc.

The area where the camp is located existed long before that, it has a very long and interesting history, but it never functioned as a campsite. The history dates back to the middle of the 19th century, first as a factory complex and a coaching inn, later from the 60s as a pioneer camp. All cottages come from this time. I have been in the camp since 20, when I started to realize "VISION KAROLINA" - the creation of a modern camp according to European standards in the Bohemian Forest. Everything had to be built gradually: sanitary facilities, division of the land into camping places and the establishment of electrical connections, swimming pool, landscaping. Equipping all cottages with kitchen units, including all accessories and the like ..
I understand you think that you will keep this trend in the years to come ?
I firmly hope so, we do not intend to rest on our laurels. For example, last year we started to reconstruct an unused historic building in which two cozy apartments will be built. This way we can offer our guests an even wider range of accommodation categories - from the possibility of camping through campsites for motorhomes and caravans, simple rooms in the hostel, equipped large multi-storey cottages, luxury mobile homes to apartments ...
After visiting your campsite, we can say that we enjoyed the most chalets, mobile homes and the overall environment. We are looking forward to your new apartments. Are you going to make some changes this year, or will all be old?
In the old course, everything will remain good for what our customers are used to. As far as news is concerned, I hope to finish the aforementioned apartments before the main season.
We have visited your camp repeatedly. For the first time, we thought there were more seniors in camps. After the second visit, we decided that the camp was aimed at families with children. Do you have a target group of guests who prefer your camp?
Basically, we have no target group, we like to see the whole spectrum of traditional camp visitors from families with children, tourists, cyclists, decent bikers, seniors .... The only exceptions are "parties" of youth, who confuse the camp with a place where they can do what they want without respect for the peace of the night and other guests. The spectrum of visitors changes during the season. In the main season (July, August) these are mainly families with children. Out of season, we owe the most to attendance for cyclists and corporate events. Seniors from Western Europe are a separate category. It is almost always a married couple in their own caravan or motorhome, who enjoy full sips before / after the seasonal peace and quiet for which we are renowned. In the future, we hope for better use of bed capacity in the off-season. Thanks to the location, in my opinion, we are destined to spend beautiful moments in nature throughout the season. We are not primarily primarily suitable for swimming, but for a much larger range of activities.
