I distinguish two types of caravan trips, namely trips marked by the discovery of a new, unknown, and then the "for sure" ones, when we unmistakably return to places where we used to be well. One of this year's trips from the category for sure was our trip to Prague, where we were a year ago and it was great than expected. We remembered the trip for a long time and we have all been looking forward to its continuation at home since the spring. In Prague, we have selected a year-round camp right in the city center - where you would not even expect or look for it - on the Vltava, on a peninsula called Císařská louka and directly below Vyšehrad.
The absolute benefit of this typical camp is that since you first arrived by caravan to the campsite (which, incidentally, takes about 20 minutes after you left the D1 highway) you are completely independent of the need to use the car and very comfortably and carefreely you know directly from the camp to move the combined city- transport, such as the way to Wenceslas Square with transfers takes from the campsite about 15 min. The camp was literally full of travelers this year. I am accustomed to seeing camps in camps from all over Europe, but she was fascinated by me the presence of Chinese caravans.
The spell and details of this noble royal city have already been written so much that it does not make sense to repeat it-and it is simply to experience it from time to time in its own right, and this city has its charm in every season.
We personally enjoyed the alternating historical atmosphere, the very charm of the city, Czech culinary delicacies, great pubs with a fair amount of delicious beers, as well as various purchases of "speci things" that we seem to have at home. In short, again in Prague we blended without hesitation with the surroundings so sincerely and glad that when we bought a three-day public transport ticket right at the beginning with the words that it will definitely be enough, I realized with horror on the fourth day in the afternoon that for almost 20 hours we have been masterfully driving one joy up and down totally black. However, we seem to have been forgiven this time
The next day we - although not like - went home pretty nicely because our caravan was already slowly but surely waiting for other travelers. On our way home, we still did not resist the calls of medieval Olomouc and made a two-hour spontaneous culinary-Walking break there.
Olomouc also fulfilled our expectations and the rumors we had about it - he was sympathetic and had a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. I abandoned him with the feeling that I would still return here, but at least for a little longer. After that we wanted to come home to Košice full of experiences, as well as nice and merry events and memories, and I am almost sure that we will be happy to repeat next year for other trips. Watch us on Facebook and do not miss out on our news and the stories of other travelers on our blog.
