The altitude of the boarding house is 900 above sea level and its location is an ideal starting point for exploring the Šumava countryside. The guesthouse is completely renovated and consists of three separate apartments and a common room with a fireplace.

Recreational cottage - a former farmhouse furnished for living for 6-7 people is located in a small settlement Zátaví on the River Otava about 6 km from the ancient South Bohemian town of Písek, 102 km southwest of Prague. The rented part of the building consists of a living kitchen, two bedrooms, a glass-covered veranda, an entrance hall, a separate bathroom with a shower and a sink (el.boiler 125 l) and toilet.
