The cottage is located in Podkrkonoší in the village of Rudník u Vrchlabí. The cottage has been renovated including the bathroom. In the cottage there are four double bedrooms (two wardrobes), a common room with the possibility of two extra beds, equipped kitchen, new bathroom with washbasin and washing machine, large shower with toilet and separate toilet.

Accommodation capacity is max. 11 persons: 1 / 2 on the ground floor, 1 / 3, 1 / 4 and 1 / 2 on the first floor (attic). The cottage is completely renovated and the plot around the cottage is fenced. In the garden there is a gazebo, outdoor grill and sandbox for children.
