The total reconstruction was carried out in 2009. The original exterior appearance of the facade has been restored and since November 2009 the house has served as a restaurant and boarding house. The restaurant features photos, pictures and artifacts from around the world, a bar, a lounge, and an outdoor sitting area. The total capacity of the restaurant is 130 persons, outdoor seating offers other 50 places.

APARTMENT HOUSE PATRICIA - Pension is located at the top of the square, behind the Zacharias Restaurant and serves only tourists, especially families with children. Through a gate in a stone wall, you will pass into the oriental garden in the southeast, overlooking the medieval paradise and sitting by the fireplace with a grill. You will find plenty of privacy and convenient conditions for children and pets. There is a shelter for bicycles or motorcycles.

Accommodation in our pension is also suitable for visitors who are looking for cheap accommodation in Telč. Prices start at 270, per person per night. We offer discounts for longer stays. You can park your car at the free private car park.

Since its completion in 1982, the cottage is sought after for its location in the center of Žďárské vrchy, one of the most beautiful places of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands in the Vysočina Region. We offer 7 rooms, 26 beds (can also be 4 extra beds). Facilities: fully equipped kitchen, outdoor fireplace. In our own baking room, we provide barbecue to order: salsa, pre-cut pork legs, chicken, etc.
