On the border of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands and South Bohemia 10 km from Humpolec in the direction of Tábor in the village Želiv. The cottage stands on the outskirts of the village towards Humpolec, 750 m from the Small Dam. At the cottage there are 3 dormitories, that is, there are beds and seating / in larger companies it is possible to break into their privacy /. There's a TV, a radio. The kitchen is spacious, equipped with gas stove, solid fuel stove, 2 fridge, microwave, kettle and kitchen with all cooking, baking and dining utensils. Next to the kitchen is a spacious pantry. Hot water is provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Accessories include bathroom and 2 flush toilet and other dry toilet accessible directly from the yard. The cottage is a spacious, closed, grassy yard. There is enough space for 2 cars, sitting under an umbrella or at the fireplace, for children a sandbox. An environment like a grandmother in a village. Staying with a dog is possible.

2 - 3 pubs / by season / are in operation. A patisserie in the monastery is open in summer. Three grocery stores, one of which runs throughout the weekend. There is also a butcher shop and small and sports goods stores. Fishing permits are available on site.
Other restaurants, cafés and pastry shops can be found in Humpolec 10 km from Želiv or in Pelřimov 17 km from Želiv.
