Winter fun - Ski season
Surely there is no need to present Šumava as a favorite ski area. In the vicinity of the cottage, accessible by car, train and bus, are built numerous ski slopes, maintained white tracks for cross-country skiing and skating tracks. The cottage is good access to Czech and German ski slopes.

Glassworks
Glassworks Vimperk was founded in 2011.
The glass workshop is freely accessible to all those who are interested in observing how dexterous and knowledgeable the glass mass is by Mr and Mrs Kozl.

From the shop you can see into the glass workshop. You can smell the steam coming out of the burning wooden mold and the clatter of glass tools. The glass master Jiří Kozel and his wife, with the help of these tools special for ordinary people here, create a fragile beauty.
Anyone who is interested can try the glass craft with the assistance of a master.
