We offer rental in cottages near the picturesque South Bohemian village of Netolice in a quiet location by the recreational breeding pond Podroužek. We also rent three cottages individually on a separate plot (900 m2) situated to the south with mature oaks on the shore of the pond. The cottages are identical and renovated. The main entrance to the cottages is barrier-free, from the living room there is access to the terrace overlooking the pond. The bedroom has two beds and a built-in wardrobe. The living room with kitchenette and dining area forms one room. There is a sofa bed (double bed), single bed, armchairs, fireplace, TV + SAT. The kitchenette is fully equipped (electric double cooker, refrigerator with freezer, microwave with grill, kettle, necessary utensils and tools) and is connected to the dining area. The bathroom has a toilet, shower with sink and hot water. Drinking city water and electricity are introduced into the buildings. It is possible to flood the fireplace only with dry wood. There is garden furniture, a fireplace with accessories (axes, saws, staplers for burritos, a stool for barbecues), a children's corner (sandpit, swings, slide, house, trampoline) and also rowing boats for romantic rides along the large Podroužek pond.
