I was always looking for the perfect pants to wear both in the city and for hiking. On the recommendation of a friend, I bought outdoor pants from Husky. According to my assumptions, they should meet the following conditions. They have to look good for urban activities and errands, they have to fulfill the purpose for outdoor activities in light and medium conditions and, last but not least, they have to protect me against bad weather. I picked them up on Thursday and testing didn't take long as we went to Karolina Campground for the weekend, which is in the middle of the woods, which provides plenty of opportunities to try out the outdoor gadgets. In addition, the weather favored the testing itself.
Where and under what conditions did I test Husky "Krony"
The testing started after leaving the house, when I found out that my new "Kronys" don't have a back pocket where I like to store my phone or wallet . However, I threw my wallet in my backpack and my cell phone in my front pocket. Camp Karolina is an ideal place to test waterproof pants, as this camp provides a background for endless hiking trips in the surroundings for both recreational tourists and more demanding ones. Mushroom picking was also planned, but in the end there was no time.

We spent the whole weekend at the camp. There is a saying among cyclists: There is no such thing as bad weather, only a poorly dressed cyclist . Now I know this is true for all outdoor enthusiasts. During the weekend, the sun was shining and it was also raining. Temperatures ranged from 5 to 22 degrees from morning to evening. My wife and daughter wore classic leggings. Me year-round outdoor pants "Krony", which later turned out to be a "(dis)advantage" because I had to do everything myself in the rain . The very next day we are going to have a barbecue and that's when the first round of showers started and so I ran (only by myself) to get wood. I caught the worst of the rain. The girls stayed in the mobile home because their leggings simply wouldn't hold up to the rain. But I caught the biggest bombs. I thoroughly enjoyed the water resistance. Fortunately, I had "Krony". Otherwise, no one would have to go get wood for the grill and my girls would starve to death. So I give the water repellency of the pants one for one.
The next day we went on a Geocaching-style hiking trip. We couldn't miss the hike up the hill, where there was a wonderful view of the entire camp. Here, too, the trousers held up well during the hike.

I would evaluate the whole evaluation of outdoor pants from Husky of the "Krony" type, which I also wear in the city, in points as follows:
benefits
- Comfortable to wear in any weather

- Easy maintenance
- The waist can be adjusted to the current size
Disadvantages
- I miss the back pockets
