Dobříš is an eight-thousand-year-old town located about 40 km southwest of Prague. It is surrounded by mountains Hřebeny, Brdy and Kozí Hory. In the surrounding woods there is the possibility of hiking, biking and mushrooming. The town is dominated by a Rococo chateau, where various cultural events are often held. There are shops, restaurants, cafes and pastry shops in the town.
