The surroundings of the pension Alim offers a wide range of possibilities how to spend your free time during the whole year. In winter there are more demanding, but also beginners skiers (they can also use the services of two ski schools), who can choose between the six ski slopes of Ski Resort Strážné. For lovers of cross-country trails there are marked trails with a modified trail. The bobsleigh track, the nearby swimming pool with sauna, and a visit to Vrchlabí and Špindlerův Mlýn can also be fun. In summer, there are tennis courts, football pitch with the possibility of adjusting for football and other sports, mountain hiking and especially the newly opened cycling tracks, which can travel almost the entire Giant Mountains.
