check-in time = the hour in which it is possible to stay first from 14.00 pm to 19,00 pm                          

check out time = hour in which it is necessary to check out of the hotel at the latest 10.00 am

The landlord reserves the right to change the price for provided services in case of higher price increase.

Cancellation fees:

In case of cancellation of the reservation after the deposit has been paid, every effort will be made to fill the deadline with another person. If the vacant term can be rented, the entire payment will be remitted to the client who paid the deposit for the canceled stay. Otherwise, the following cancellation fees will be charged.

For weekly and shorter reservations , you will receive a full refund in case of cancellation at the latest 1 one month before your stay.

• Cancellation 14 - 30 days before arrival - 20% of accommodation price
• Cancellation 1 - 2 weeks before arrival - 50% of accommodation price
• Cancellation less than one week before the start of accommodation or cancellation days during the week of accommodation - 100% of accommodation with meals.
• Cancellations must be made in writing. If the cancellation fee is less than the deposit already paid, the difference is returned to the client.
