Motorest Formanka is a restaurant located on the main road E65 from Prague to the Giant Mountains and further to Poland. Located between Turnov and Zelezny Brod about 100 km from Prague in the village Splzov.
We have about 75 seats, of which 25 is in a separate lounge. In the summer months we still use the terrace with other 20 seats. The whole restaurant is tastefully furnished.It sits on upholstered chairs at oak tables, ceilings are lined with oak cassettes.
Both in the restaurant and in the lounge we have tiled stoves, which complete the true Czech well-being. The restaurant is decorated with historical objects and the walls are old photographs and pictures of the local area - mostly Železný Brod.
The guesthouse is a family-run accommodation situated on the main road line E65 from Prague to Krkonoše and further to Poland. Situated between Turnov and Železný Brod about 100 km from Prague in the village of Splzov, which is the gateway to the Bohemian Paradise and offers a plethora of cultural, natural and historical sights, with the possibility of swimming, hiking, biking and climbing.
The pension is originally an old farmhouse, now completely reconstructed.
It is ideal for both short and recreational stays. Below the house is a large garden with access to the river Jizera with the possibility of swimming and fishing. Above the house are forests full of mushrooms.
They are tastefully decorated with a sense of natural materials. Each room has a toilet, shower and satellite TV.
On the ground floor there is a common room with a small kitchen.
The house has a lockable parking space.
