The building is located in the center of the famous mountain village of Kouty nad Desnou and in the center of the most attractive part of the Jeseníky Mountains. Cottage, Kouty nad Desnou.
Not far from the cottage (1km) is an indoor pool with neck spout and whirlpool, restaurant with catering 250m, ski lifts 250m or thermal water park in Velké Losiny (10km).

The ground floor has a large living room connected to the kitchen and dining room, bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 separate bedroom with 4 beds, covered porch with seating, infrasauna for 3 people and an indoor games room with table tennis.
On the 2st floor there are 1 separate bedrooms: 4x1 beds and 4xXNUMX beds and a second toilet.
The owner does not provide bed linen (duvets and pillows are there), requires payment for electricity, wood and recr. popl.obci and does not live in the building itself. Parking is all year round next to the cottage. Dogs and cats are not allowed.
