Description of the object
The leased property is in a quiet and pleasant area, is located in the highlands in the village of Pavlov at Ledeč Sázavou. Accommodation is in a former mill in which the grinding stopped around 1910.
To this day, a wooden wheel is operated by a mill, which is driven by the water of the Nezdínský Stream and rotates the small saw. In the mill there is also a functional grain mowing bar and the production of barley maize. There is no mill anywhere in the immediate vicinity, where this wooden bicycle would be preserved and also in operation.
The cottage is newly renovated.

Clients have at their disposal the entire property with the nearest land belonging to the building.
In summer, bathing, hiking, mushroom picking, fishing, biking and the like can be enjoyed in the area.
In front of the house there is a ping pong table.
Swimming pool for children.
Horse riding.
Pleasant campfires and barbecues.

Accommodation is self catering. Our guests are provided with fully equipped kitchen. Meals are available in the nearby restaurant "The Devil" in Vilémovice.

Bedding and water facilities are included in the price.
Pets allowed in agreement with the owner.

The whole building is heated by central heating.
The house is introduced drinking water from a public water supply.
