The cottage is located in the middle of the village. In front of it there is a parking space for six cars, easily accessible even in winter. A completely different world is waiting behind the cottage, full of romantic nooks and unexpected natural sceneries - a uniquely designed garden dominated by 170 years old old ash. There are plenty of interesting plants and trees, pond, brook, Japanese corner, fireplace, arbor, extensive alpinium, several benches. The Tichá Orlice River is directly adjacent to the garden, providing space for romantic evenings over the river, or camping or bivouacing on the adjacent meadow. There is a lot of fish in the river. From the windows of the cottages, you see the grazing sheep on the opposite side of the house. On the chimney opposite stork nests.
