Boat, ATV and bike rental
We rent a boat for sailing on the Vltava + we will also rent you a bicycle, which we will bring to you at the end of the route to Nová Peca. From where you can return to your place of stay yourself. By boat on the Vltava and back by bike.

Not far from the town of Volary, which offers a wide range of entertainment for the whole family, trips to Šumava forests, cycle routes within reach (e.g. the Vlatava cycle route Nová Pec - Stožec is only 500m away), fishing, boating, skiing in winter at bargain prices, swimming in approx. 450 m reach, there is a repaired pond, possibly a natural water area Lipno, swimming pool - Volary, thermal spa in Germany - Waldkirchen
The most famous tourist destinations: Boubín primeval forest with lookout tower, Libínské Sedlo with lookout point and cable car, Plešné lake, Schwarzenberg canal with floating wood, Trístoličník, Lipenské lake, path for cyclists or skaters around the Vltava (Nové Údolí – Nová Pec)
Known cities: Prachatice, Český Krumlov, Strakonice, Hluboká, České Budějovice, Passov (Germany).
In winter there are perfect conditions for skiing in the German Mitterdorf (15 minutes from the house, very affordable family fare) suitable even for the smallest skiers, the nearest resort is České Žleby (10 minutes).
After skiing, you can visit the nearby thermal spa in Waldkirchen (among other things, you will find a salty 35-degree thermal pool here), or the municipal pool in Volary, approx. 500 m from the apartment house.

In summer you can order a tennis court, there is also a local swimming pool and a sauna, you can visit the children's playground, the city museum, the Volar menhirs, the Way of the Cross, the old town with typical Volar houses.
There is also a railway station nearby with trains leaving for Prachatice, Strakonice, Český Krumlov and Nové Údolí (crossing to Bavaria.
Of course, there are marked tourist circuits around the city.
