We offer summer accommodation in a private building near the town of Černá v pošumaví near the Lipno Dam. Ideal as a summer holiday by the water. The cottage is located approximately 40 meters from the shore of the lake and has a capacity of four beds. In this part of Lipno there is a minimum number of recreational facilities, which guarantees privacy and peace for relaxation. It is possible to rent a free dural barge with oars. Fishermen without a fishing permit can buy a weekly fishing permit at the municipal authority. The nearest restaurants are approximately 700 meters away. Food and other necessary items can be purchased in Černá, which is approximately 1.5 kilometer from this area. Access to the cottage is about 400 meters along an unpaved forest road. On the ground floor are three rooms - kitchen, bathroom with toilet and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker, fridge, sink and all necessary utensils. In the Living Room you will find a seating for four people, solid fuel stove (wood included in the price), color TV with satellite receiver, wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Hot water is provided by the 25 3 liter water heater.
