Trips and entertainment in the area
Chalet Hansenka is located in a place where you can do almost any sport. 3 km from the cottage is the Lipno Dam, where there is the possibility of swimming or fooling around on inflatable attractions, there are also many bike paths, we recommend trying the route around Lipno, which is suitable for both cyclists and in - line skates. There is also a bicycle and skate rental service.
In the Lipno nad Vltavou area, you can visit the treetop trail, which is a lookout tower from which the longest dry water slide in the Czech Republic leads. The cable car will take you upstairs. Then you can visit a bobsled or monkey track. You can also play tennis, squash, beach volleyball or visit one of the two water parks or several wellness centers.
For adrenaline lovers, there is the possibility of renting downhill bikes with equipment and riding up the cable car and down the special track. And for lovers of fast bikes, there is a go-kart track in the neighboring village (approx. 7 km).
Fishermen will also enjoy themselves. Lipno is a very popular fishing locality. If you do not want to limit yourself only to the banks of the dam, you can rent a catamaran or boat, or sail on a steamer trip.
For history hunters, we recommend visiting Vítkův kámen Castle, which rises on the opposite hill, which is the highest castle in the Czech Republic.
About 20 km from the cottage lies the picturesque town of Cesky Krumlov, which is due to its beauty the second most visited place in our country. An ideal place for a day trip.
