Summer challenge - How the girls on the bike overcame the Hracholusky dam

And here it is. The second attempt to defeat Hracholusek. In addition to my wife, a 12-year-old daughter, who returned prematurely from the camp, also joined. In addition, a friend David joined. The weather was bad in July and Hracholusek took our first attempt to "conquer" it. You can read about it in the article here: Bikers on a trip, or where not to go. Now it will be a challenge for both the woman and the daughter, because neither has ever traveled 74 km. In addition, the daughter was last on a bike about a month ago. How did it end up? So let's take a look ..

The first section was good for starting. However, this time we went around a critical section (see the previous article), which we duly honored with this photo.

We continue to the convention with which I shit people on the last ride. :) They seem to be used to it ...

After lunch and swimming, we set off again. After x kilometers and the occasional growl of our daughter, we arrive to the Pňovany bridge. I quickly ran it like a stench, because looking to the side doesn't bother me, but as I looked under me, my lenses started to fog ..

But the girls were fine. The photo was taken by David. I was already sniffing on the other side with the feeling that I had escaped death by a hair ...

I never stop in the hills, but I just had to take a picture of the scenery ..

We reach the other weary hills to the Butovský waterfall. So we give a shorter break .. I took advantage of that and opened Semtex, because when I have low sugar, it's not me ..

The last section that belongs to the category "Enduro". The girls did not let themselves be surprised and the wheels of the mine covered with icy calm despite the abyss that called to them from the right side .. I went down with the exception of about 2 meters, where I somehow did not like the constellation of rocks .. 

Finally we reach the path halfway to the footbridge before the Silver.. From now on, lighter terrain awaits us: only the hills ..

It is no fun to conquer the hills that were waiting for us there. I remind you once again that Kája (12 years old) never drove 74 km, this year she was on a bike for the last time a month ago. Misha was in a similar situation. Both girls not only put the hills after about 36 km, but they even put them without a break, so put the hat down. For that, they deserved a break on kofola ... On that occasion, I borrowed a power bank from Dejva. I ask, "Why did you get a pink one?" He said: "It's not pink, it's T-Mobile.

Now the last 25 km were waiting for us over simple terrain with minimal elevation gain. However, a smoothie started to catch me and I couldn't stand it anymore, so we stop, I open the can and I rejoice. The girls didn't want to. The can was large, but fortunately a herdsman with goats and a dog named Teresa walked by. . this is how Tereza "came to ask me" if we could have a snack together .. Of course I agreed ..

It turned out that Tereza is a little rude .. So I politely told her not to act like a cunt, which she finally understood.

After a snack with the local dog Tereza, we go home. Here is a photo with critical points if you would like to go there with the children. Arrows indicate longer hills and downhill rings, where I recommend children to bear their bikes. Otherwise, the whole route is fine and if you distribute your strength correctly, it can be a great family trip. My girls are proof of that ..
